On Saturday, July 11th at 1:00 Matthew's memorial service will be held on the property of Grace Chapel in Leiper's Fork, TN. We will meet down by the river behind the church. This location has been carefully chosen as this was the last place the family was gathered together with Matthew for Chris & Audrey's wedding in October 2007. Matthew was all smiles that weekend and loved every minute he got to spend with the family. He enjoyed himself so much he even considered moving to this area of Tennessee to be closer to everyone.

I'll always remember his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. His soul always brought joy to a room. We will miss his huge appetite at the Thanksgiving table. He had the heart of a lion and the mind of a CEO. Lance is teaching him to fly above the picnic he is at with his Cindy and Baba.
ReplyDeleteMatt was a special person that left an impression on all that knew him.Always smiling no matter what life handed him.He was so happy and full of life at the wedding.I remember teaching him to swim when he was three years old.He was fearless and didn't want to leave the water.

Although the time I a had with Matt was way too short, I can only thank God that he gave us the opportunity to know each-other. To know him is to love him,as he was so happy and kind hearted. May you rest in peace as you reunite with our mother and she embraces you with open arms.
